mission4peace – created after a get-together of Eugene Kasevin and Jochen Werne on behalf of an idea exchange regarding Expedition Arctic Ocean Raptor – is a non-political international project set to bring together forward-thinking individuals united by their common belief that a peaceful human coexistence can be achieved through the perseverance of intercultural exchange and acceptance of differences.

The current state of international affairs clearly demonstrates the need for new and creative initiatives, from people capable of breaking historic stereotypes on social, cultural and ethnic differences. Initiatives that would inspire new generations to preserve the best of human values for the future, whilst understanding and accepting the mistakes of the past.

For the first time in the history, Message to the World will be delivered in different languages by the Second World War veterans representing their Nations that took part in one of the most horrific tragedies that the mankind ever experienced – a war that caused over 70 million human deaths.
